Helix Care is a family business. It is owned and run by the Dacampo family here in Melbourne. We believe NDIS support should feel personal, not like dealing with a call centre.
Because we are a small, family-run team, the people you meet at the start are the same people you deal with later. We know our participants by name, and we know the support workers who come into your home.
Being local matters to us. We live and work in Melbourne, and we support participants across the city and Victoria. If something is not right, you can call us directly and we will sort it out.
